Most retrofit programmes involve three or four different companies. An assessor, a coordinator, separate installers for each measure, and somebody in the middle trying to hold it all together. We take a different approach.
When you appoint Three Phase, you get one company managing the full process. The assessment, the coordination, the installation, the compliance. One team, one contract, one point of contact from the first survey right through to the final lodgement.
Our Retrofit Assessors survey every dwelling and put together the improvement plan. Because they work for the same company as the installers, the recommendations reflect what can actually be delivered on site. No disconnect between what gets specified and what gets built.
A dedicated Retrofit Coordinator then looks after the programme. Scheduling, measure sequencing, quality checks and householder communications all sit with one person who knows the job inside out.
When it comes to the install, the same team turns up each day. They know the site, they know the programme, and they take pride in the work. Solar PV, heat pumps, storage heaters, insulation and all the associated electrical works — all carried out by our people.
Once the work is done, we lodge everything through TrustMark, handle the MCS certification, update the EPCs and make sure every piece of documentation is audit-ready before we leave. One number to ring if anything needs attention after that.
